Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support teachers and teaching assistants.
• Lead regular team meetings to align priorities and support professional development.
• Observe classes and provide constructive feedback to strengthen teaching practices.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to help team members develop.
• Manage hiring and termination processes for teachers and teaching assistants.
• Hold weekly meetings with the pedagogical team and individual meetings with teachers.
• Oversee new team members’ onboarding and initial training.

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in academic coordination or a leadership role.
• Classroom teaching experience, including teaching technology and working with teaching methodologies.
• Knowledge of technology education techniques and modern pedagogical practices.
• Ability to use educational management tools and systems for recording grades and attendance and managing classes.
• Experience with recruiting and selecting teachers and teaching assistants.
• Strong planning and organizational skills for pedagogical calendars and additional events.
• Ability to support students, parents, and guardians.
• Experience observing classes and providing constructive feedback.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to attend meetings, events, and activities during peak-demand times when needed, including weekends.
